The requirements are quit a few. The purpose is to make the link exchange between web sites mutually beneficial. An overall rule is that your links pages must be as an important aspect of your site as the rest of your material.

Your site must contain a reasonably visible link back to us which meets the requirements below.

8) Design and navigation must meet some level of standard.
9) Link page with more than 1 parameter in url is not welcome. (eg. www.yourdomain.com/linkpage.asp?id=164&page=2)
